Can you bill our company on net-30 terms?
Yes. Lock the booking on a card, then we issue a paid invoice with W-9 on file the next business day.
Can you brand the bar with our logo or signature cocktail?
Yes. Bartenders develop a custom drink built around your launch, brand colors, or theme. Signage and menu cards can be coordinated with your marketing team or supplied by us.
Do bartenders sign NDAs for confidential events?
Every bartender must pass Government-ID identity verification through Stripe Identity to be paid through bartendersNow™. We do not conduct background checks. NDAs are arranged directly between you and your bartender before the event.
Can you serve at a hotel, coworking space, or venue with a liquor license?
Bartenders on the platform routinely work in licensed venues alongside the venue's beverage program. Filter for RBS certification when your venue requires it. Confirm bring-in policy with your venue first.

California's Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) rules apply to alcohol servers at ABC-licensed premises, and certification is valid for three years. Private events at unlicensed locations are generally outside that requirement, but your venue or caterer may have its own rules — check with them. RBS is not required to join bartendersNow™. Bartenders upload their own certification details to their profile, and you can filter for it. We do not verify certifications. Bartenders are independently responsible for complying with California law on serving minors and visibly intoxicated guests.
