bartendersNow™ is a professional bartending services marketplace built by Midnight Logic, Inc. It pairs event hosts with independent mobile bartenders, plans the bar with proprietary algorithms, and removes the spreadsheet math from hospitality.

The mechanics that compound.
Most bartending marketplaces are scheduling apps with a payment processor strapped on. The work happens in the spreadsheet, the venue, and the awkward off-platform DM. We moved that work into the product.

- Hosts get identity-verified independent bartenders, transparent pricing, and a working bar plan in minutes. Bartenders get fair coordination compensation, set their own rates, and avoid the race-to-the-bottom mechanics that hollow out other gig platforms.
- Proprietary algorithms anchor the product
- The Stock List generates ingredient-level shopping lists scaled to a host's exact event. The Smart Staffing Calculator returns precise bartender counts from guest data and beverage complexity. These compound from event feedback — moats that don't exist for a single-sided gig app.
- Trust built into every booking
- Every bartender is identity-verified through Stripe. Self-reported RBS certification is surfaced as a filter for hosts whose venues require it. Universal privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA, GPC), WCAG 2.1 AA, and PCI-compliant payments ship from day one — not as a retrofit.
Who's behind it
Midnight Logic, Inc.
A Delaware C-corp building hospitality software in San Francisco. We come from the operating side of events — we've run the bars, written the rate sheets, lost the receipts, and spent the late nights on the spreadsheet math that this platform replaces.
Kristopher Young (founder) has been a working bartender for over a decade, the longest stretch as a bar Captain across the Bay Area private-event circuit. He's the source of the Stock List algorithm specification and the operational knowledge embedded in every screen of the product.
