How it works

The Stock List math, in plain English

We compute total alcoholic servings from your 21+ guest count, consumption level, service duration, and event-type factor. We estimate bartender count from a predicted consumption level (your input plus an occasion adjustment), then distribute servings across your chosen beverage categories. Ingredient quantities carry a safety buffer of up to 10%. Supplies, mixers, citrus, and ice are sized to your total guest count (21+ plus underage).
