The Stock List
Generates an ingredient-level shopping list — bottles, mixers, garnish, ice — sized for guest count, event length, and the drinks you actually plan to serve. Ingredient quantities carry a safety buffer of up to 10%, and package-size optimization keeps you from over-buying. Post-event feedback from completed bookings is designed to sharpen future recommendations.
Smart Staffing Calculator
Recommends bartender quantity from guest count, service duration, beverage complexity, and event type. Every input is shown, so you can see how the number was reached.

- Every bartender must pass Government-ID identity verification through Stripe Identity to be paid through bartendersNow™. We do not conduct background checks.
- Transparency
- 12% to host, 12% to bartender. Both shown before booking. No hidden fees, no membership tiers, no surge surprises.
- Empowerment
- Bartenders set their own rates and choose which events to take. Hosts get planning tools instead of phone-tag with vendors.
- On-platform coordination
- Captain Service pays bartenders for coordination work — so coordination work is paid rather than absorbed.
