Cancellation
If you cancel 14 or more days before your bartender’s scheduled arrival, you receive a full refund, including the Captain Service fee. Between 7 and 14 days, you receive 50% of the bartender cost and the platform fee, and the Captain Service fee is retained. Inside 7 days, the booking is non-refundable. If your bartender cancels, you receive a full refund at any time. Full policy is in the FAQ.
