Do you offer dry or low-ABV bar service for office events?
Yes. Many Santa Clara County events run beer-and-wine, low-ABV, or fully zero-proof, and the Stock List sizes a non-alcoholic menu the same way it sizes a full bar. Amounts to buy are rounded to whole packages. We don't add an extra margin — add your own if you want a cushion.
How much does a bartender cost for a Santa Clara County event?

Can a bartender clear a tech campus's COI and badge requirements?
A tech campus or managed building usually wants a certificate of insurance naming the venue, a badge or gate code, and a named facilities contact. The platform does not collect or check certificates of insurance, so ask your bartender for one directly, and sort the badge and contact details before the day.
Will a bartender sign an NDA for a confidential product launch in San Jose or Santa Clara?
NDAs are arranged directly between you and the bartender before the event; the platform does not sit in the middle of that agreement.
Is RBS certification required at a San Jose hotel or licensed venue?
Hotels, restaurants, and licensed event spaces in the county are licensed premises, which is where California's rules apply. Here is how RBS works and what the platform does and does not check. California's Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) rules apply to alcohol servers at ABC-licensed premises, and certification is valid for three years. Private events at unlicensed locations are generally outside that requirement, but your venue or caterer may have its own rules — check with them. RBS is not required to join bartendersNow™. Bartenders upload their own certification details to their profile, and you can filter for it. We do not verify certifications. Bartenders are independently responsible for complying with California law on serving minors and visibly intoxicated guests.
Can a bartender handle a residential party in Los Gatos or Saratoga?
