Wineries, inns, and restaurants in Napa County are licensed premises, which is exactly where California's rules apply. Confirm your venue's expectation up front and look for certification when it matters. California's Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) rules apply to alcohol servers at ABC-licensed premises, and certification is valid for three years.
