Incident Reporting Guidelines for bartendersNow™ Professionals
Safety and Documentation Excellence with bartendersNow™
Document every incident — refused service, intoxication call, minor attempt, injury, property damage — in writing within 24 hours and report through bartendersNow™ so the platform record matches what your insurer, the host, and the California ABC would need if anyone asks later.
Introduction
In an emergency, call 911 first. Get help before you do anything else. Once everyone is safe, write down what happened and tell the other people involved in the booking. bartendersNow™ is a technology platform. We do not manage incidents at events, and we do not supervise service. This page is general guidance to help you respond well. It is not legal advice.
Every bartender must complete Stripe Identity verification before they can appear in host search or accept a booking. That confirms an identity document. It is not a background check, and it is not a safety review of your event.
