Because our consent practices differ between our two surfaces, we describe each one separately:

• Our web application (the bartendersNow™ app). Here we use only strictly-necessary cookies and the first-party analytics described above, under the CCPA/CPRA business-purpose exception. There is no non-essential advertising tracking to gate, so we do not present a cookie consent banner in the United States on this surface.
• Our marketing website. We do not use third-party analytics or cross-context behavioral advertising trackers; our only advertising-related technology is a consent-gated first-party Google Ads conversion-measurement tag on the marketing website (measurement only, no ad personalization), described in Section 2.3.

2.3 Marketing and Advertising Cookies

On our marketing website we use a first-party Google Ads conversion-measurement tag to measure the effectiveness of our advertising (for example, whether a visit resulted in a contact-form submission). This tag runs only on our marketing website and never in the bartendersNow™ web application, and it is used solely for conversion measurement — never for ad personalization, remarketing, or cross-context behavioral advertising. By default it is governed by Google Consent Mode v2 with advertising storage, ad personalization, and ad-user-data set to "denied", so no advertising cookie is set and no advertising identifier is used unless and until you affirmatively accept the "Marketing & Advertising" category in our cookie banner. Before you accept, the tag may send limited, cookieless measurement signals (such as a truncated IP address and page information) to Google for aggregate conversion measurement; it does not set advertising cookies or build an advertising profile of you in that state. If you accept the "Marketing & Advertising" category, advertising storage is enabled so a first-party conversion cookie can attribute your lead to an ad interaction; ad personalization and ad-user-data remain denied. Google processes this measurement data on our behalf as a service provider under Restricted Data Processing. You can withdraw consent at any time through the "Manage cookies" control. See Section 6.2 and our Privacy Policy (Section 11.1, Google Ads sub-processor).

2.4 Social Media Cookies

We do not use social media cookies. The bartendersNow™ platform does not embed third-party social-media pixels, cookie-setting share widgets, or social-login trackers, and it does not share personal data with social networks for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

2.5 Functional Cookies

Purpose: Enhance platform functionality and provide personalized features.

3.1 Consent Controls by Surface (U.S.)

Our consent controls depend on which bartendersNow™ surface you are using.

In our web application, our only non-essential cookie is first-party Firebase Analytics (Google Analytics 4), which we use strictly for internal platform operation under the CCPA/CPRA Business Purpose Exception (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.140(e)) and which does not require a consent gate or opt-out. Because there is no advertising or cross-context tracking to gate, we do not display a cookie consent banner or preference center in the app in the United States.

On our marketing website, we present a cookie consent banner and a preference center. Non-essential cookie categories are set to "denied" by default and are used only if you affirmatively accept them; you can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the "Manage cookies" control. We do not sell or share personal information on either surface.

3.2 California "Do Not Sell or Share" and Global Privacy Control

Although we do not sell or share personal information, California residents may confirm and exercise "Do Not Sell or Share" choices at /legal/do-not-sell. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) preference signals by default across our surfaces; because we do not sell or share personal information, GPC choices are respected automatically.

3.3 Managing Cookies in Your Browser

You can view, block, or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings, as described in Section 5. Disabling essential cookies may limit or break platform functionality. If a prior-consent requirement applies to you by law (for example, in the EU/EEA or UK), we will obtain and let you withdraw consent for non-essential cookies as required.

On the bartendersNow™ web application we do not use advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising cookies.
